Type 2 Shaft Condition:As New Hydro turbine cable protectionThis is a 354mm long, 25mm stainless steel shaft. The M12 threads are internal on this shaft. It is possible to convert a type 2 shaft to a type 1. This can be done by gluing a short length of M12 threaded rod into the M12 internal thread. The second hand option may have a wear groove where the oil seal contacted the shaft, this is not a concern for DIY projects. Supplied with retaining nut as shown.
